How it is used in India

Study on the phone, meet as a group

Anyone can watch the lessons for free, but pastors are trained in study groups led by a supervisor, who evaluates and certifies those who complete the course.

Each student watches the lessons on their own phone, in playlist order and with the Bible open, at the pace field life allows.

1 · Individual study

Once a month, small groups of pastors meet with a local coordinator to ask questions and strengthen one another.

2 · Study group

Certificates are given only to those who complete the course in a supervised group, with follow-up and evaluation. Watching the lessons alone does not grant a certificate.

3 · Evaluation and certificate
Bengali now, Odia and Hindi next

One course, three languages

Bengali comes first because it is the language of the region where the first groups of pastors begin. Odia, from Odisha, and Hindi, from northern India, come next.
