Translation complete — the next step is narration and video editing.
The translation of the second class of the Interdenominational Theology Course into Bengali, done by Pr. Paulo Henrique, was completed this month, with careful theological review to ensure fidelity to the original Portuguese content. The next step is narration — with the voice of an Indian pastor from the partner network, who already lent his voice to the first class — followed by video editing and subtitling.
Since the translation and production process has already been tested since the first class, each new module takes proportionally less time than the one before — one of the reasons this project can plan the expansion into Odia and, in the future, into Hindi, without starting from scratch with each new language. What sustains this monthly pace isn't a large team, but the consistency of the translation work and the support of those who fund the project.
Pray for Pr. Paulo Henrique: for theological clarity, attention to detail, and the stamina to keep up the monthly translation pace. Pray also for God to raise up more supporters to sustain this stage of the project.
